In this session, we will discuss so
me of the concepts of servant leadership and how adopting this mindset can help to motivate employees as they face personal and organizational challenges. We will break down the concept into practical tactics you can employ right away with your teams. Finally, you will have the opportunity to brainstorm with others in a similar situation to gain perspective and best practices.
This course is offered in a remote learning capacity. Zoom guidance and instructions will be provided prior to the start of the course.
