New ground-up construction of 111 residential units constructed within a 5 story wood framed structure over a steel podium frame with parking under. Total GSF of project is 149,274 SF. Project is scheduled to begin March 2021 and completed July 2022. Construction labor is open-shop with both non-union and union contractors invited for pricing.
